Driving Force Couriers Ltd operate a local and national same day courier service offering a dedicated vehicle for your consignment from collection, all the way through to delivery. The way we work is very simple and is outlined below.
Email us on booking@drivingforcecouriers.co.uk or if you enquiry is urgent give us a call on (024) 7601 5001 with the details of your consignment, the more details you have the better. We will ask for information including collection and delivery addresses along with any specific delivery times, the nature of the goods, the size and weight of your package (or packages) and any contact names.
Once we have all the relevant details we will be able to provide you with an accurate quote for your delivery or collection. If you do not have an account set up, you will be required to pay for the delivery via our online payment portal on the ‘bookings’ page of our website. We will give you the relevant details you need for this.
Once payment has been made and you are happy with everything, we will immediately dispatch a dedicated vehicle to collect your goods.
Once your goods are on board one of our tracked vehicles, they will be delivered straight to the desired location. They will not be transferred to a central hub and will not be moved onto any other vehicle; Virtually eliminating the chances of your consignment getting lost or damaged.
Once your goods have been safely delivered we can, if desired notify you immediately and provide a verbal proof of delivery (POD) over the phone. We will then email out your invoice along with the POD should you require it at the end of each month.
